My friend, Gail, was at the grocery store the other day and the lady in front of her was having trouble using the credit card machine. She came up with this fictional description of such an encounter. Enjoy! And thanks Gail for sharing your creativity!
My trip to the grocery store…..
There was a bit of confusion at the store yesterday morning.
When I was ready to pay for my groceries, the cashier said,
“Strip down, facing me.”
Making a mental note to complain to my congressman about
Homeland Security running amok, I did just as she had instructed.
When the hysterical shrieking and alarms finally subsided,
I found out that she was referring to my credit card.
I have been asked to shop elsewhere in the future.
They need to make their instructions to us seniors a little clearer!
That was great! I neede that laugh this morning. She should send this to Reader’s Digest. they PAY for these kinds of stories. 🙂

I am still getting a laugh out of this for the picture in my head is just so strong and just so very funny! So I believe God intends for us to laugh much of the time! For what do little children do? How sweet to think we are to go to Him as little children! I love being a child and not getting yelled at for it!
That did more than make me smile! That was good for a laugh! Loved it!
